How do I know if she’s flirting with me because she likes me, or just because she’s a flirt?

There’s this girl that is absolutely beautiful, and she likes to flirt alot. When I talk with her she always seems to be flirty, like she doesn;t know any other way to act. How can I tell if she’s being this way because she likes me? What are some signs that tell me that shes flirting with me because she likes me?

How do you know if your just a Flirt or player?

There’s two guys at my work and we are always having a laugh and what i would call flirting well maybe not even that.

If one of them says something or does something wrong i will say im telling the boss but then i smile and joke about it, and they say stuff like you wont tell you love me & hitting me on the bum with a towel, or tickling or poking me.

But im not sure if one guy likes me hes always trying to talk to me and hug me and smiles when he talks to me, How do you know when your just flirting with someone or playing them?
